Privacy Policy

Tsuki Izakaya Studio respects your privacy. This notice explains the personal information Tsuki Create collects, why it is used and the main service providers involved.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, account details, subscription status, credit history, prompts, generation records, support messages, basic security/log information and technical information needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors rather than stored directly by Tsuki.

Why we use it

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide AI generation, process and reconcile subscriptions, maintain credit balances, provide customer support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.

AI and infrastructure providers

Prompts and other generation inputs may be sent to contracted AI or infrastructure providers when necessary to fulfil your request. Tsuki currently uses OpenAI for live Image Studio generation and reference-guided image processing, and Lemon Squeezy for subscription commerce. Reference images are sent to the image provider only when you choose to use that feature; Tsuki does not intentionally retain the uploaded reference file after the generation request completes. Provider use is subject to their applicable service and privacy terms.

Cross-border processing

Because Tsuki uses international cloud, AI and payment providers, personal information may be processed outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to use established providers and safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention

Account, subscription and transaction records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Users may delete individual generations from their history. Account deletion requests can be submitted through Support and may be subject to required retention of transaction records.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or ask questions about how your information is handled. You may also cancel recurring billing through the customer billing portal.

Security

Tsuki uses server-side credentials, password hashing, signed payment webhooks, access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Tsuki Create is not intended for children and paid accounts are restricted to adults or users who have reached the age of legal majority where they live.

Updates

This notice may be updated as Tsuki adds providers or features. Material changes will be reflected by a new policy version and, where appropriate, renewed account acceptance.
